This writ application has been preferred for payment of Group Insurance amount along with interest. Counter affidavits have been filed by the respondents separately.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Group Insurance amount has already been paid, however interest has not been paid.

Petitioner shall file representation before respondent no.2 the Director, Administration, Education Department,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1407 of 2019(5) dt.07-01-2021 2/2 Government of Bihar, Patna, who shall pass necessary order for payment of admissible bank interest for the period of dues of the aforesaid amount.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
