2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POSCO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim girl are going to marry and affidavit to this effect has been filed. The petitioner is in jail since 26.11.2023.

5. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
