The petitioner seeks bail in Sakara P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of POCSO Act.

The informant alleged that Pawan Kumar along with the petitioner and others kidnapped his daughter. The victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and disclosed that Ashraf Kaushal, Wajda and Sanjida took her for meeting her mother and father. She made allegation against Ashraf Kaushal who committed rape with her but the petitioner Jhagru Paswan saved her. The victim did not make any allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31855 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakara P.S.
