In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that in the night robbery was committed in shop and from there a large number of mobile sets were stolen, which were later, recovered from the house of the petitioner, which has been disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2016. Looking to the nature of recovery, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for
