2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.04.2016 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in Singhwara P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 (Tr. No. 1896 of 2016 / G.R. No. 544 of 2014).

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the authorities for compounding under Section 152 of Electricity Act within two months from today.

4. If such an application is filed then the authorities will act in accordance with law.

5. For the next three months, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with the aforesaid case.
