In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Magadha Medical P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim. The victim was the son-in-law of the present petitioner. According to the allegation, he was sitting with his wife in the house of in-laws and body of the deceased was found from Hanuman temple. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was living alone prior to lodging of the present case. The petitioner is aged about 70 years and other accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court on 12.01.2016
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23470 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 44395 of 2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner- Lila Yadav @ Leela Yadav @ Nanhak Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bounds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Magadha Medical P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015.
