The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case on account of land dispute between the parties. Referring to the injury report counsel submits that the injuries sustained by the informant side is simple in nature. Considering the totality of the fact situation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8173 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-1st, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S.
