The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The widow of the deceased alleged that Sanjay Yadav, Ramdeo Yadav, Agam Kumar, Dharam Kumar, Parasmani Devi and Punam Devi variously armed came and assaulted her husband with fists and slaps. Petitioner Ramdeo Yadav is alleged to have assaulted the informant and pulled her Sari in order to outrage her modesty. In the meantime, Sanjay Yadav assaulted her husband with Khanti on his head. Rajesh Yadav, husband of the informant died.

It is submitted that deceased Rajesh Yadav has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34078 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 no injury on his head. No allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
