Allegation has been attributed against the petitioner to have confessed during course of interrogation relating to Arwal P.S. Case No. 161/2019 whereupon, police had gone to villageMuradpur Huzra, Baidrabad, Arwal and from open place a Hero Honda Shine motorcycle without any number plate was seized regarding which, it has been disclosed that he borrowed the same from Chhotu Paswan @ Ajit Paswan. It has further been disclosed that after serving a copy of the seizure-list, signature of petitioner/accused Sakaldeo Kumar has been taken on the record. From the certified photocopy of the seizure-list, it is evident that no signature of petitioner Sakaldeo Kumar is there. Consequent thereupon, irrespective of the fact that
