1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority for making payment of death claim under Rule 17 and Rule 8(1) within stipulated period."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate application, before the Bihar Advocates Welfare Trustee Committee, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances, however seeks a direction upon the said Committee to decide her case expeditiously. Liberty so sought is granted.
