The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her daughter was married to Ranjit Rai eight months back but her husband and other in-laws killed her.

It is submitted that petitioner is not a member of inlaws family and at best an offence under section 201 of the IPC can be made out against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 19/2015.
