JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.57 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 420, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that by fraudulently using the documents of the informant, he got issued a SIM card in his name.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22965 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 petitioner, submits that he is personally not responsible for the issuance of said SIM card rather he runs a business of mobile shop in the name and style of Shivani Mobile.

It has been stated in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.57 of 2016.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner, abovenamed, shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required, and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court, on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
