The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2016 in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) and 53(C) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

In view of the present facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
