2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant with malafide intention.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that there is specific allegation against coaccused Pankaj Kumar Tiwari. He also submits that the

No.8806 of 2024(4) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 petitioner is a married woman and she had two children and both of them are minors and one of the children is with the mother in the judicial custody. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 06.12.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that the victim disclosed in her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. that the petitioner is also involved in the present case.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and the custody of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018.
