The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 216 of 2014 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30054 of 2014 with following observations:- "The learned A.D.J.-1st, Patna City is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early

No.33507 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2 / 2 as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to renew his prayer for bail." It is contended that though the charges were framed on 29.05.2014, till date only one witness has been examined and there is no likelihood of completion of trial in near future. Regard being had to the nature of offence as also the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna City, Patna in Sessions Trial No. 216 of 2014 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013.
