====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273 of I.P.C. and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 50 ltrs of country made liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Case No. 297 of 2019.
