Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor grand-daughter of the informant. The victim in her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16445 of 2021(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 164 Cr.P.C statement has supported the prosecution version.

Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against the petitioner and the victim has also alleged in her 164 Cr.P.C statement that this petitioner has kidnapped her, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
