JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in which, she stated that, after her abduction, she was kept along with petitioner but subsequently, she was dropped by her abductors near one hotel.
Learned counsel, appearing for petitioner submits that the victim was found between 17-19 years by the doctor who examined her and moreover, in course of investigation, it came to light that the victim was in love with petitioner and taking note of the aforesaid fact, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32663 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 coordinate bench of this court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ara, District-Bhojpur.
