2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. F.I.R. was instituted against unknown persons for abduction of father and brother of the informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons. Name of the petitioner has transpired in this case during the course of investigation, on the basis of confessional statement of one co-accused namely Ashok Master @ Ashok Sah. Except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other material on record to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence. It is also submitted that petitioner is

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, fact that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation and clean antecedents, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (Town) Nagar P.S. Case No.454 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
