Allegedly, two mobile sets were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as seized motorcycle is concerned, it is the prosecution case itself, four persons were going on the aforesaid motorcycle.

Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that when the petitioner was arrested in the present case, he was remanded in three other cases and one criminal case has already been lodged in respect of seized motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 21.1.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
