In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 374 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 308, 385 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a land dispute between the parties. allegation has been made that the petitioners have demanded Rs.20,000/- as Rangdari from the informant and on nonfulfillment of said Rangdari, the petitioners have assaulted the

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already a Civil Suit is going on between the parties. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case no. 374 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
