The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under different Sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended on the spot. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner. No arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in Rosera P.S. Case No. 343 of 2014.
