Taking into consideration that a mini gun factory is said to have been unearthed from the house of the petitioner, who could be remanded in this case in the year 2015, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 117 of 2015 arising out of Mufassil P.S.
