2. The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction upon the concerned respondents to extend and grant similar benefits, including seniority, pay scale, salary, annual increment and ACPs, as have been extended to the other identically situated employees, who were appointed earlier pursuant to the same advertisement and panel.
3. The entire case of the petitioners' stands on parity with those of the petitioners of CWJC No. 15663 of 2022, which came to be disposed off on 08.12.2025. Though the State has filed a counter affidavit and while refuting the contention tried to differentiate the case of the petitioners, however, he shown his inability to confront that by the order of the coordinate Bench of this Court, identical matter has been disposed off with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the concerned authorities for redressal of their grievances by canvasing their respective pleas and the factum of parity.
4. Having considered the limited grievance of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2962 of 2026 dt.20-07-2026 3/3 petitioners, this Court also thinks it apt and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file individual representation before the concerned District Education Officer of their respective areas, within four weeks from today along with the necessary documents and the order/judgment upon which they are placing their reliance and seeking parity.
5. On receipt of the same, the concerned District Education Officer shall consider the claim of the petitioners, in the light of the materials placed by the respective petitioners, as also the order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 15663 of 2022, preferably within a further period of eight weeks.
6. Suffice it to observe that if the case of the petitioners finds identical to those of the writ petitioners of CWJC No. 15663 of 2022, similar benefit must be accorded to them.
7. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
