Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner no.1 is in custody connection with Case No. C2/707/19 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is recovery of 43.800 liters of liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2019.
