Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26.05.2015 on the accusation that she got post of nurse by placing forged documents.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has already left the job and this court directed the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail but when petitioner surrendered before the court below and sought bail, she was sent to judicial custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34323 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S.
