The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2015 in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 224 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 412 and 440/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23341 of 2016 (2) dt.02-06-2016 named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 224 of 2015.
