Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 400, 402, 414, 20B of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 29015 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 73462 of 2018. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court

No.4428 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
