ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Considering that three witnesses have already been examined, I do not find any reason to review the earlier order dated 09.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31415 of 2014 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 329 of 2014 arising out of Darauli P.S. Case No. 147 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge IInd, Siwan.

The application is once again rejected. The Court below is directed to conclude the proceedings positively without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police concerned and the Superintendent of police concerned is
