Case No. 648 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 120B, 34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have fired, causing injury to the injured.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant has not identified the petitioner, rather his friend claimed to identify the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the discussions, made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once the charge has been framed in this
