The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Block Development Officer, Bhagwanpur submitted before the S.H.O., Bhagwanpur P.S. is to the effect that the petitioner was appointed as a Primary school teacher in New Primary School, Lalu Nagar, Mehdauli, on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's appointment was done after due verification of all his certificates and none of certificate has

Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific accusations.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been terminated from service, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
