JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of C.W.J.C. No. 384 of 2017 and analogous cases disposed of vide order dated 16.03.2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 6045 of 2017 and analogous cases disposed of vide order dated 21.07.2017. He submits that this writ application may be disposed of in similar terms.

Considering the submission advanced on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10530 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 the petitioner that his case is similar to the case of the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 384 of 2017 and analogous cases disposed of vide order dated 16.03.2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 6045 of 2017, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.4 who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and if the case of petitioner is found identical to the case of the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 384 of 2017 and analogous cases disposed of vide order dated 16.03.2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 6045 of 2017, the Director, Primary Education will extend similar treatment to this petitioner also and in case he finds the case of the petitioner distinguishable he will pass a reasoned speaking order indicating the difference in the case with cases on which the petitioner has placed reliance, the Director, Primary Education is required to dispose of representation of the petitioner filed by her alongwith a copy of this order within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation.
