Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 379, 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner and other FIR named accused is that they snatched bicycle from the informant's minor daughter and they also carried the informant's minor daughter towards an orchard with an intent to commit rape on her. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by this court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 31.3.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
