The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 435 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 85354 of 2019 on 09.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

No.4419 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
