Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S. Case No.242 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273, 308 IPC and under Section 30, 30(a), 38, 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
