The defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode properly. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.102 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 8/20(b)(ii) (c) of N.D.P.S. Act. Considering all the aspect and the fact that the name of the petitioner has been mentioned in the confessional statement of co-accused, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
