JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased is in jail custody since 21.05.2014 in a case under section 304B /34 of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized five years ago and in post mortem examination no external injury was found on the person of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi ( Bansi) P.S.Case No. 94 of 2014.
