The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2021 in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 795 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation, the present bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after farming of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 795 of 2020. The District Judge, Supaul, is directed to conclude the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner within a year.
