The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in the case on the confessional statement of the accused persons and, on the same confessional statement, he has been made accused in four other cases which has been stated in paragraph no.1. It is contended that T.I. Parade was held but the informant and another could not identify the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Pradeep Kumar is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34671 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 2 / 2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Motihari in connection with Tr. No.7871 of 2014 with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be the close relative or his family member, who will file affidavit before the court below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship with the petitioner.
