The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Karghar P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that all the injuries sustained by the injured persons were found to be simple and superficial except one on Ashok Paswan and that too on a non-vital part of the body, i.e. elbow, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5613 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-3, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karghar P.S.
