2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S.Case No. 200 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B,34 of the Indian Penal Code

4. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2025 and out of 7 witnesses only one witness has been examined in the trail. He further submits that petitioner has a

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the submissions of the parties. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but considering the period of custody and delay in trial, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/concerned Court in connection with Halsi P.S.Case No. 200 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial personally or through lawyer.
