The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 99/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case for looting of cash. The name of the petitioner for the first time surfaced in the case in para 78 of the case diary from the mouth of the co-accused. Except the confession, the police did not collect any further tangible material nor put the petitioner on Test Identification Parade, although he is in jail since 01.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
