The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2015 in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 (G.R. Case No. 1385 of 2015) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Taking in view such facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned
