The petitioners are not the applicants in pursuance of the advertisement issued for the post of Cook and Night Guard, therefore, the petitioners cannot claim to be regularized on the post for which advertisement was issued and thereafter interview letter was also issued for selection. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
