JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 308, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates and the occurrence took place due to trivial issue of quarreling between the children. He has also submitted that there is case and counter case and injuries suffered by Sunita Devi is simple in nature. He has further submitted that Sunita Devi has sustained injuries which is simple in nature. There is allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6665 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 against the petitioner that he assaulted Sunita Devi. Learned counsel has also submitted that civil dispute is already pending between both the parties.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
