The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No. 921(C) of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 120(B), 147, 148, 149, 323, 329, 330, 331, 384, 386, 387, 420, 424, 466, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the coaccused having more or less similar allegations have already
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4391 of 2020(6) dt.11-02-2021 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2839 of 2020, which is evident from Annexure-6 to the supplementary affidavit, and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 arising out of complaint Case No. 921(c) of 2019subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
