Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Administrator, Bihar State Board of Religious Trust, Patna (respondent no. 3) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which is still pending since 06.12.2024.

3. The present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3194 of 2025(2) dt.20-02-2025 2/2 representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2024 (AnnexureP/7) within a period of six months in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties.

4. With the aforesaid direction/liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
