Taking into consideration that 4.500 kg. Charas is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with NDPS Case No. 155 of 2013 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 301 of 2013 pending in the court of VIth Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari stands rejected.

However, as because the petitioner is in jail custody since 17-10-2013 and, therefore, the concerned court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
