JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is contradiction between the fardbeyan of the informant and her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. and the medical report also does not corroborate the allegation. Further contention of petitioner is that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of previous enmity and dispute of wages but I am not, at all, convinced with the above-said submission and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S.
