The only grievance, which the petitioner has made in the present application, that his application for mutation in respect of a piece of land, which has been gifted by her grandmother, is not being disposed of by the competent authority, who is the Circle Officer, Pandaul, DistrictMadhubani. It seems from Annexure-5 that the petitioner had applied for mutation on 16.11.2018. It cannot be said that there has been much delay in disposing of the petitioner's application for mutation, in the light of the provisions under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2218 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 This application is, however, disposed of with the observation that the Circle Officer, Pandaul, shall make endeavour to dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously.
